We have learned that a core team of permanent employees allows clients to build lasting relationships and this has become part of our strength. Our team naturally help to identify and avoid longterm problems because they have the security to know they will otherwise become their problem again if they don't. Because of this we never out-source entire projects, freelance specialists always make up the minority of any project team and wherever possible we encourage our clients and production staff to have direct communication.
