Process and technology

Over the past 8 years we have refined a process based on industry best practice. It’s routed in traditional project management (Prince 2 accredited staff) but has increasingly incorporated agile principals allowing more flexibility and rapid delivery of early working prototypes. We are able to adapt our process to suit a projects needs whilst retaining management structures that ensure we deliver reliably.

We are not limited to any specific technology, but currently work primarily with open source technologies specifically PHP solutions Drupal and Magento. These are especially attractive as they offer great value and flexibility as a framework for custom configurations without the licenses fees traditionally associated with this.

We do not provide local network support or IT support services, however recently we have developed desktop tools for some of our software using a variety of tools including Adobe Air.
