At first glance, it might appear that this article should have been posted several months ago, being a comparison of Drupal 6 and Drupal 7. But rather than rush in with an early review of the features of Drupal 7, I’ve decided to take a more analytical approach and take my time weighing up the new features before coming to any conclusions.
I’ll discuss entities in Drupal 7 shortly, but will start with fields in Drupal core as the two are directly linked.

“Attributes” allow products in Ubercart to have different options. For example a t-shirt may be available in sizes of small, medium and large, with colours like red, green or blue.

I’ve recently been working on a project for one of our clients in the tourism industry, developing a multi-site install content management system (CMS) using Drupal. The client had four websites that they wanted to manage from a single CMS. They wanted each to be distinctive yet somehow tie together, and they also wanted to be able to add more web sites to this system in the future.
