The Cumbria Network

Our relationship with the Cumbria Network was founded on a deep respect for what had been achieved by Kate using just a simple email package and a lot of dedication.

As the Cumbrian Artistic and creative community grew the requirement to provide an fully interactive community space became obvious. We worked closely with Kate and the network team for over a year to understand and plan what the network could become online. The site now forms the centre of an online community that allows artists to post news, discuss work and opportunities, upload images and find resources within a space without geographic boundaries.

Technically the site has a robust Content Management System at it's core. However it's been made easy enough to allow the users to generate their own content without training, leading to sustainability and efficient administration for all those involved in running the network.
