Ethical & Environmental Policy

Founded on environmentally sustainable and ethically aware principals, we have always maintained that sustainable business is good business. We are aware that our actions have an impact on our environment and people around us. We are committed to reducing the negative impact of our actions whilst enhancing the positive effects. In particular, we will:

* Comply with all relevant existing environmental legislation and other requirements
* Reduce and or compensate for harmful emissions wherever practicable
* Seek to reduce consumption of materials in our business activity
* Manage energy and water usage wisely in our business activity
* Incorporate environmental considerations into the procurement of goods and services
* Promote a healthy work life balance and fair rate of pay among our associates

To achieve these we will:

* Recycle products / materials wherever possible (currently paper, plastic, foils, metals composite items such as mobile phones & ink toners)
* Recommend recycling and the use of recycled / sustainable resourced materials to our clients
* Allocate sufficient time and funds to researching sustainable solutions
* Balance our annual co2 emissions through supporting a range of co2 replacement projects
* Procure services from sustainable sources where possible
* Motivate and educate our clients & employees to conduct their activities in an environmentally responsible manner
* Promote home working and flexible working where practicable
* Apply an equal opportunities approach suitable to our size and structure
* Measure and monitor key indicators of our environmental and social performance on an annual basis
* Review the above policy on a regular basis to take account of new developments in management or legislation
* Not work with or for companies / organisations who we know to willfully disregard any of the above
