CCHT approached us to create a new logo and develop a new public-facing website that documents the project and encourages people to become more involved in the charity’s work.
- Easy document management
- Automated image management and re-sizing
- Growing site usage and interest in charity
- Low bounce rate and high returning visitors
We developed an engaging design that would show off the Trust’s work, generate donations and increase interest in the charity. Use of photography was key to making the site visually striking. And because the site will grow and change as the project progresses, the design also had to be flexible, allowing for future expansion and addition of features as more and more historical data is collected.

From our first contact, we knew Darren and his team were the right people for us. The design gave us exactly the right feel, while Mark has worked closely with us from the original set up, making sure we knew enough about Drupal so we could 'fly solo', and then delivering the various tweaks to the site we have asked for over its first year. The latest development, the interactive map, was Darren's idea, and will help us deliver our vision of establishing our site as the 'go-to' site for Cumbria's history.
